In a bid to instill ethical values from a young age, Transparency International Sierra Leone has launched “Integrity Clubs” in 50 pilot secondary schools across the country.
Club Objectives
- Promote Honesty: discouraging exam malpractice and plagiarism.
- Leadership Training: Preparing students for ethical leadership roles.
- Community Service: Engaging students in transparency initiatives within their schools.
Principals and teachers have welcomed the initiative, citing a need for moral rearmament in the education system.
