Discovered Irregularities
- Sole Sourcing abuse: Excessive use of non-competitive bidding processes.
- Contract Inflation: Costs for materials significantly higher than market rates.
- Ghost Contractors: Payments made to companies with no physical address or track record.
TISL has submitted the dossier to the Auditor General and the Anti-Corruption Commission for further action.
